The Employee Feature Friday for this month is Taylor who is an Account Manager in our Morgantown office. Taylor was nominated because in just a few short months since completing sales training, she has already made a huge impact. She is consistently producing impressive results for someone so new to the role. What really sets her apart is her work ethic and dedication—she is always willing to put in the time and effort to succeed. On top of that, she has a natural ability to build strong relationships with customers. 🔹Why do you like working at MegaCorp? I like the amount of control I have over my own success. The effort I put in directly correlates with the results I see, which makes the role both challenging and rewarding. Being a broker keeps me constantly engaged, and I enjoy knowing that continued hard work creates continued opportunity.
