The family of a 23-year-old man stabbed to death on Carolina Beach Road is speaking out for the first time since his body was found Tuesday morning.
Adam Smith’s body was discovered in front of SaltWater Marine on June 16. Three suspects now face first-degree murder charges in connection with his death.

Jurors found Omonte Bell and Dyrell Green guilty on Thursday in the July 2021 murders of Bri’Yanna Williams and Kordreese Tyson.
Bell and Green were each found guilty of first-degree murder, first-degree burglary and robbery with a firearm, and first-degree attempted murder of a third victim.
Prosecutors said the murders happened at the home of George Taylor III, the former COO of Tru Colors Brewing. Tru Colors Brewing was known for hiring active gang members in an effort to reduce gun violence in the community. The company closed in 2022.
