The vibe for this new living room project feels elevated enough to bring out the fancy glasses and comfortable enough to kick up your feet and stay awhile 🤍.

It’s a little vintage, a little coastal, and a whole lotta prettttty! Can’t wait to bring her together for this repeat client with killer taste👌🏼.

“This porch isn’t very big but we need this space to work hard with ample dining space for 8 and be a comfortable gathering spot.”

This was the challenge our client presented for their new build home’s back porch design. Working through this one required a strategic layout and the right selections, including architectural details and furniture to make the most of this space!

Now, this is a primary hangout for the client to enjoy their beautiful marsh views with all their favorite people.

Decisions included the obvious: furniture, decor and textiles. But also, we put a lot of thought into the porch rail design, door placement, paint colors, ceiling design, and more. All to achieve that charming coastal vibe we love so much! 🌊🤍

We love a good design challenge.

This room had a lot to solve for: multiple entry points, a TV wall with built-ins, large doors, and the need for it to feel both comfortable and elevated.

It was like a puzzle, and we were charged with making it beautiful AND functional. Because the best spaces aren’t just beautiful, they work effortlessly for how you actually live 🤍.

From architecture, to layout, to materials, to the smallest details, every decision was made to bring cohesion and ease to the entire room.

For this project, for a local Wilmington client, we’re dreaming up a soothing coastal-inspired primary bath layered with natural textures, soft blues, warm brass, and that perfect mix of charm + function.
