This month I’ve been in a different city (if not state) almost every day and more plane rides than I can count...but I’m pumped and honored to serve schools and educators because they are serving our future!

What an adventure. Just finished several days of keynotes in the great state of Texas! Thank you Kaufman ISD, Shepherd ISD, Brazosport ISD, and Midlothian ISD. Really amazing to see all that you all are doing for your staff and students!

Rick Rigsby, a dear friend for over 40 years, and I got to keynote together at the University of Texas at Tyler recently. What a joy it was for us both.

No matter how you may feel when you see your class roster, every student should feel like they won the lottery when they see you are their teacher!
Here are three things to remember going into the school year.

I hope everyone is having this much fun as you go "back to school". I'm having a blast! Wills Point ISD is a great place to be! I appreciate all you do for students and your community.

Lots of things to love about Tennessee! Warren County Schools, TN and Cleveland City Schools are two of them! These districts are providing so many incredible opportunities for students. Really an honor to be with you all today!


Capturing Kids' Hearts

It's back to school time and that means I get the amazing opportunity to visit some of my favorite people.....EDUCATORS! Thank you Colquitt County School District for your warm welcome and the time together. You all are doing incredible things!

We are broken hearted for our friends in Uvalde Tx as they struggle through this horrible tragedy. A mad man stole the lives of each of those children, their teacher and the community. Remember them today as they struggle through this devastation. Hold yours close as well.

The best way to spread holiday cheer is by celebrating our kids, friends, and colleagues with a high-five or a kind word. Take a second look at my video on spreading happiness. The data's all there...
