Red Bear Resort

Well its a new year, the water is going down. The fishing is awesome, even in the cold. Its gona be an awesome year for crappie fishing, we still have underbrush and grass growing in the lake. Perfect for crappie. Were gona make it our best year yet. Life is good at the lake. Happy 2016 !!!

Here we go again...twice in less than 30 days.....Ive been keeping my rubber boots next to bed instead of my houseshoes??

Well we showed that we got 3 inches of rain in two days. The water has come back up over the hard dock again..... But Im hoping we get lots of run off quickly. BUT weve had a couple people out fishing, with LOTS of luck.. So its not all bad.

Well its sloooowwly coming down. This after 2 days.

Im sick of these rubber boots already. This is in middle of barn floor...

Would everybody please say a prayer and ask for this rain to stop!!!! I wont complain about about it being dry again for a long time....lol :)

Update...still raining and still rising. About ankle deep 1/2 way in the barn...Funny I havent seen any shad running today. They probably drowned..Lol :(

Well its still coming up n still raining. Ive about had all I can take. Weve been wet too many times in last 3 days. Ive done all I can to keep stuff safe n dry!!! Mother Nature always wins...:(
