Eustace Engineering is proud to play a key role in bringing this community space to life! We’re overseeing construction to ensure everything meets top environmental standards, as required by DEP’s Chapter 102 NPDES regulations. In simple terms, we visit the site weekly, check in after rainstorms, and make sure everything is on track to keep the project safe and sustainable. From inspecting critical construction stages to submitting detailed reports, we’re working closely with the Township and contractors to make Mermaid Park Playground a safe, fun, and eco-friendly spot for everyone to enjoy.

Eustace was proud to be part of today’s ribbon cutting for JMB Gardens, a new 41-unit, $16.7 million affordable housing community in Uptown Harrisburg.

Governor Josh Shapiro and former Eagles running back LeSean McCoy joined community leaders to officially open the development, which brings much-needed affordable housing to the area.

We’re honored to have contributed to a project that supports inclusive growth and community investment in the heart of Harrisburg.

Eustace had a fun day out on the course at the Whitpain Parks & Recreation Golf Outing! It was a great opportunity to connect with the community, enjoy some friendly competition, and support local recreation. Thanks to Whitpain Township for hosting such a fantastic event!

Eustace was proud to support the ACTS Golf Classic on June 1st, 2025! It was a fantastic day on the course in support of a great cause, and we were honored to be part of such a well-organized and impactful event. We’re continually inspired by Project HOME’s mission to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty through housing, healthcare, education, and employment. It was a powerful evening full of purpose and connection.

We’re pleased to share that Matt Witters and Sean Fasano participated in the AIA Golf Outing yesterday. It was a great day of camaraderie, competition, and connection with industry peers. Their presence highlighted the spirit of family and community that events like these foster.
We’re grateful to AIA for hosting such a well-organized and enjoyable outing and look forward to future opportunities to come together on — and off — the course!

What an incredible day we had celebrating the season! The Eustace team kicked things into high gear at K1 Speed, where some friendly competition on the go-kart track brought out our inner racers. 🏎️💨

After all the adrenaline, we enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Manufacturers, sharing laughs, great food, and reflecting on the successes of the year. 🍽️✨
