We go before the Quack of Dawn You struggled with sleep just thinking about the sound of wings blowing overhead as you set your decoys out! What to do?
Lets picture this, It is 2:AM....the alarm clock is going off, you jump up quickly hoping to not disturb the better half or the small children in the other rooms. You hit the closest gas station and fill up the thermos, and it is noticed how it is a cold crisp night and a Northern has been pushing down the central part of the states. You and your buddies raced to the boat ramp just dreaming of how
the days going to go! You finally got launched, and then race down the river like its BASS MASTERS CLASSICS and you are the leader to only find that someone beat you to last know spot of where the ducks were spotted! Decisions now have to be made! Well you decide to set up a half mile up wind from them hoping to get the birds on your hole! As the morning progresses you find that the duck calls you have are just not getting them birds to commit! Well thats when I decided I needed to step in. I was tired of hearing all these duck calls sound the same as the next guy, I was tired of seeing every call lanyard look the same! I decided I was going to make my own calls, and step out the box! I was once told by a old wise man to do opposite of what others around you do. For example if someone puts out 2 dozen decoys, consider putting four dozen decoys or just four! So to get back on topic I just want to encourage you as a hunter to be yourself, be different and choose a custom call, you never know what special moment that call might bring you! It could be the double banded pintail, or the ol canada honker with the necklace! So, about my self I handcraft calls for fun that is now turning into a challenge for demand! I enjoy it. I like that it is truly a custom and traditional call and hope that my customers have the same feeling.
