Our boutique Glamping hotel is looking for Front Office Agents to help with checking-in/checking-out clients, answering questions & calls, updating reservations, taking reservations, guiding guests to their units, checking the units after cleaners are finished, prepping units, & more! We are looking for a customer service oriented & organized individual to assistant our staff and owners. Knowledge of cleaning, hotel experience, and RV experience is highly encouraged but not necessary.

Grand Canyon RV Glamping (Boutique Hotel) is looking for 2-3 housekeepers to join our team!

We are located in the town of Williams, Arizona. We currently have 46 Grand Canyon RV Glamping Suites!

Daily Responsibilities & Roles:

- Cleaning Glamping Suites & prepping the units for incoming guests.

- Ensure all Glamping Suites are in working condition and properly maintained.

- Laundry/Folding for linens & towels.

Required Experience/Skills:

- Experience as a cleaner/housekeeper

- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

- Customer-oriented and friendly

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Experience with working in a hotel environment/AirBnB/VRBO/HomeAway/Vacation Rental cleaning

- Some knowledge of an RV/Motorhome/Travel Trailers

Housekeeping Attendant
Grand Canyon RV Glamping (Boutique Hotel) is looking for motivated housekeeping attendants to join our team!

We are located in the town of Williams, Arizona. We currently have 51 Grand Canyon RV Glamping Suites!

Daily Responsibilities & Roles:

- Cleaning Glamping Suites (hotel rooms) & prepping the units for incoming guests.

- Laundry/Folding for linens & towels. (If needed)

Required Experience/Skills:

- Experience as a cleaner/housekeeper

- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance

Preferred Experience/Skills:

- Experience with working in a hotel environment/Vacation Rental cleaning/ house cleaning/RV Cleaning.

- Some knowledge of RV/Trailer vehicles. Not necessary.

Our boutique Glamping hotel is looking for Front Office Associates to help with checking-in/checking-out clients, answering questions & calls, updating reservations, taking reservations, guiding guests to their units, checking the units after cleaners are finished, prepping units, & more! We are looking for a customer service oriented & organized individual to assistant our staff and owners. Knowledge of cleaning, hotel experience, and RV experience is highly encouraged but not necessary.

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in RV's and/or public spaces as required, including flipping/inspecting mattresses, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, touch-up painting, touch-up furniture ensuring that all necessary hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order, replacing light fixtures, treating & dumping tanks, and inspecting and repairing bathrooms/showers.

Maintain, repair and clean RV's when needed. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces to include tub, wall tile, hard floors, walls, windows, mirrors. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor.

Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects weighing in excess of 50 pounds. Help with dumping of tanks, cleaning of vents, and outside cleaning of RV units. Must be able to work outside & stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Will be helping paint the outside of the buildings, bathrooms, and storage units.

RV experience is preferred but not required.
