REFIT Revive

I said we would come back for the World Wide Workout after I had time to heal from labor & delivery, Lord willing.

After much prayer, God has shown me to redirect the time and energy I placed into REFIT and transfer that to my children and their physical education class during this season (homeschooling).

🖤💛 I am grateful for each person who came out to class in our year-and-a-half run! 👏
It was amazing meeting new faces, lifting many of you in prayer during our heart work, and making new friends. 💛🖤

⛪️ The Willard Church of God and LifePoint Church in Plymouth were so gracious to host us and accommodate for us!

I hope you continue to do what makes you happy as you find ways to move! 🕺🏻

As I am about to enter the 3️⃣rd trimester of this pregnancy, I have stopped to pause to listen to my body and seek the Lord for our REFIT classes. 💛🖤

Some days are a bit tougher than others in conjunction with my asthma and just being out of breath while pregnant, where I know instructing would be very difficult. 😥

At this time, I am going to step away from REFIT until a few months after birth to give my body time to heal and recover to instruct once again. ☺️

My plan, Lord willing, is for us to join together once again in early January for the Free Worldwide Live Workout with the REFIT founders. 🎉

In the mean time, we have a community of great fitness groups that would love for you to visit them:

Thank you so much for being a part of this tribe up until this point where we have come together to sweat 😅 and to also share each other’s burdens and lift one another up in prayer during heart work. 💛

This was our one night to join together before July and have a celebration, but to error on the side of caution, we will cancel tonight’s class due to the ongoing heat advisory. 🥵

🔥 Temps are looking to be about in the high 90’s during class time, so stay cool this evening!

Next week is VBS week for our church (if anyone wants to come out!), so we will meet and dance once again in July! 🎆

☀️ As we go into vacation season, VBS season, fair preparation, and so forth, we will only have 1️⃣ REFIT class for the rest of June!
