Are you organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others?

Baby Talk is seeking a Family Support Advocate to join our team! This position plays an important role in helping families access services by coordinating enrollments, scheduling appointments and classes, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer support!

What You'll Do:

📞 Connect with families by phone, text, and email
📅 Schedule appointments, classes, and participant services
📝 Maintain accurate records and documentation
📦 Prepare program materials and supplies
🤝 Work closely with team members to ensure families receive timely support
🎉 Occasionally assist with data entry, community events and outreach activities

We're Looking For Someone Who:

✅ Is highly organized and detail-oriented
✅ Enjoys working with people and providing excellent customer service
✅ Can manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
✅ Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability
✅ Is comfortable learning new systems and technology
✅ Works well independently and as part of a team
✅ Is willing to occasionally work evenings or weekends to support program activities
