I can’t do a week of over the top burgers without a stop at the Oasis Lounge. They have two crazy burgers on their menu, The Widow Maker, which has a split Polish sausage, bacon, and a fried egg, and then The Ultimate Cheeseburger, which has grilled cheese sandwiches for buns. So if I had them combine the two, would it be called The Ultimate Widow Maker? Reminds me of that Jeff Goldblum quote from Jurassic Park, “Your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should”. This was actually a darn good burger, probably the best one I’ve ever had at the O. Just imagine a grilled cheese that has soaked up all that delicious juice from the burger patty, bacon, sausage, and runny yolk.
