It's opening day!

Our team at Pinnacle worked very hard on this project for over a year all for the grand opening to all be halted in 2020 due to the pandemic. We are glad Wichita is finally able to enjoy the beautiful Riverfront Stadium for the first time this week!

Here is a unique project we worked on this last summer. This is a one of a kind custom built, pipe organ inside Wiedemann Hall at Wichita State University. The organ is 3 stories tall and has over 3000 pipes! We were tasked with installing an Early Warning Smoke Detection System inside of the pipe organ! We used a Notifier branded VESDA aspirating smoke detection system for this application. This type of detector is over 100x more sensitive than a standard smoke detector. The detector is connected to the monitored building fire alarm system for quick response. It's not everyday you get to install a smoke detection system inside of a 3 story high musical instrument!
