My former track club, Broward Elite, is hosting the 2nd Annual Javelin Clinic with Tom Pukstys on February 8th and 9th this year.

The clinic this year will also have the other throwing events (Shot Put, Discus & Hammer) on Saturday and will have a competition on Sunday afternoon!

Instagram wrongly took down our throws page, accusing us of "impersonating" someone else... While Coach Ebel himself and Maura Huwalt run the page! We use the forum to collect and post videos, photos and graphics all made by the blood, sweat and tears of Maura. Not to mention, it is also as a great recruiting tool.

Not only did they ban the page without warning... we were unable to recover any post, video, picture or anything... there have already been tears shed. Help us get it back!!

Hello all! I know it's been a while... While I am trying to navigate this new time in my life and how this whole post-collegiate career works, I am trying a few new things.
