Stepping outside the office and onto the build site! 🔨 Last week, members of our team volunteered with Wichita Habitat for Humanity! They were involved in demo work, renovations and other projects to update houses in Wichita.

We love being part of this community and helping organizations like Habitat for Humanity with the work they are doing!

Congratulations to our very own Chelsea Ravnikar, accounting manager, for being a selected participant in the Wichita Business Journal 2025–26 Emerging Leaders program! 🎉 We’re thankful for her continued leadership, contributions and commitment to the aviation community and are excited to see her inspire others in the community.

This past weekend, team members volunteered at the Wichita Children's Home Kidzcope Zoo Adventure Day! From fun activities to learning about the Children's home program Kidzcope, participants (and our team) had a great time while exploring the Sedgwick County Zoo.

We love the opportunity to be a part of our community and this event was no exception!

Empowering the next generation and supporting the future of flight is what it’s all about! Thank you to EAA - The Spirit of Aviation and ERAU O'Maley College of Business for inviting Kriya Shortt, President & CEO, to be the keynote speaker for GirlVenture.

Kriya spoke with 80 high school girls and mentors about charting a course for success and moderated a panel of aviation professionals who shared their journeys.

Last week, members of our team volunteered at the Kansas Food Bank. The team packaged pantry boxes that will be dispersed throughout the community. They also toured the warehouse and learned how the food bank helps the state of Kansas.

We are proud to serve a great organization and thankful for all they do for the community!

Supporting and engaging in our community is a part of our culture at Textron eAviation. Last week, several of our team members volunteered their time at the local Ronald McDonald House Charities Wichita, where they prepared and served meals for families staying at the house. We’re proud to contribute to such a meaningful cause and support families in need.

Our team is our greatest asset – and supporting their safety is a key priority. This Safety Month, we’re proud of our commitment to ongoing training, regular inspections and open communication to ensure everyone feels secure and empowered.
