Some of you may remember this garage I re-sided last December when it was too cold to paint. In spite of the recent rain I finally got it finished up last week.

A little rainy day project. As usual I forgot to take a before picture. It was just a painted closet.

Remember this? The homeowners painted the walls and ceiling after I finished the drywall. This week I tiled the floor.

I realized I haven’t posted for while so.... here’s a recent project. Still have to remove forms and clean up when this photo was taken.

I (along with many of my fellow state and community leaders) just got off a call with Gov. Kelly and her staff. I want you to know she received the letter that myself and 42 Legislators sent to her calling for her to make plans to re-open Kansas. She read it and is working with her staff, fellow regional Governors and federal government to put a plan in place that will begin May 3rd. She anticipates it starting with the stay at home order being lifted on a state wide level and the decision to continue stay at home orders returning to county and city governments. She is hearing us. She is hearing YOU! Continue to be vocal in respectfully calling, emailing and posting on social media your desire to safely get back to business!

Another basement getting finished out. This room and a bathroom (pics of it next week). About 675 feet of taped joints and 12 pounds of screws! This is phase one with bedrooms to come later this year.

Well...holidays, weather and illnesses stretched out this porch project, but it was finished last week and I’m finally getting around to posting some pics.
