Are you ready for a new beginning? Fresh Hope is not just a program— it is a journey of healing, growth, and transformation designed to help single women find hope, and a path toward lasting change.

✨ Who We Serve
• Single women who feel stuck due to life's hardships
• Women who are ready to take the next steps toward lasting change
• Women with the determination to build a better future

✨ What We Offer
• A 4-month faith-based program
• Weekly classes
• Childcare available
• Two class times to choose from
• No cost to participate

✨ Program Requirements
• Ready and willing to make positive changes
• Not currently in an intimate partner relationship
• Not experiencing homelessness
• At least 60 days clean from drug and/or alcohol addiction

On Tuesday, our seminar focused on Domestic Violence—a difficult but incredibly important topic that every person deserves to understand.

We want to extend our heartfelt thank you to Joan, Forensic Nurse at Wesley Medical Center, for taking the time to educate our Fresh Hope Women about the services and support the Forensic Nursing Department provides for those experiencing domestic violence.

A special thank you as well to Amy, SAFE Project Case Manager at Harbor House, for sharing valuable information about the different types of abuse, warning signs, and available resources. We learned so much from both of these amazing women.

Some important truths we want to remember:
🩷 Abuse thrives in silence.
🩷 Awareness creates choice.
🩷 Support creates change.

This Thursday’s theme is: The Guilt We Carry

During this session, we will explore the guilt we carry through a guided art activity. No matter where you are in your healing journey, feelings of guilt can sometimes resurface and become a barrier to moving forward.

Some of the guilt we carry is difficult to express with words. This will be a safe and supportive space to identify the guilt messages we still hold onto, process them through creativity, and lean into the grace, mercy, and forgiveness that only God can provide.
