A great reminder from our friends at KLC!

Exercising leadership is a marathon, not a sprint. The results are worth it, but we’d be lying if we said it can’t wear you down. Progress doesn’t happen overnight; you and others need to stay engaged for the long haul. So please, take care of yourself — physically, emotionally, spiritually, socially, etc. — and you’ll be able to exercise leadership more effectively. Encourage others to take care of themselves too.
