It starts with an idea.
A sketch is put on the blank sheet of plastic. Then inked with acrylic or oil paints. They are cut and trimmed carefully and baked. Watched closely or they might curl into themselves. After they cool the edges are sanded, a coat of resin applied to protect them. Then the correct finding affixed to the back.
My process is much more than gluing plastic to posts. I hand draw my designs instead of using a printer. I take care and time to get them right. Each piece has my time and energy put into it. And this is what you support when you buy handmade. You support me❤️
