Isabel Gibbs joined MPR as an intern over a decade ago. What followed has been a career built on growth, dedication, and deepening expertise.

Isabel spent 11 years in Primary Source Verification specializing in reappointments before transitioning to MPR's Document Updates department. Along the way, she earned her Certified Physician Licensing Specialist (CPLS) certification, a milestone that reflects her commitment to growth.

Today, Isabel works to ensure provider documentation stays current and compliant, helping healthcare organizations maintain the accuracy that keeps patient care running smoothly.

Outside the office, family comes first. Isabel's roots are in Oklahoma City, and right now she's busy helping plan her granddaughter's quinceañera, from finding the dress to watching her practice her dances, and she's loving every moment of it.

We're grateful for Isabel's decade of dedication and the care she brings to every file, every day.

What makes a credentialing expert?

It's more than processing applications. It's navigating the complexities of provider enrollment, CAQH, PECOS, payer credentialing requirements, and state-specific regulations. It's conducting thorough primary source verification and ongoing monitoring, as well as ensuring accuracy and compliance with accreditation standards.

All of this allows us to identify potential issues before they become costly delays in patient care or enrollment barriers.

Twelve years ago, Kamie took a chance on a part-time credentialing position she heard about through a friend. Today, she’s an invaluable part of the MPR team, known for her accuracy, dedication, and attention to detail.

Mentored early on by fellow credentialing professional, Debbie Shields, Kamie built a strong foundation in credentialing that continues to guide her work every day. In 2022, she earned her Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification on her first attempt—an impressive accomplishment in a field with a pass rate of 43%.

Today, Kamie oversees final quality in the credentialing process of initial appointment and reappointment files for healthcare facilities across the region, helping ensure providers can continue delivering care to their patients.

Outside the office, you’ll find her scrapbooking, reading, learning Mahjong, or planning her next travel adventure.

We’re grateful for Kamie’s 12 years of dedication and the excellence she brings to every detail.
