Here are three pieces I created in Patty Gray dam molds. I placed the bumps on the bottom so they sit nicely on a table. Decided not to slump them just like the designs made with several strips of color and a clear in between. My favorite is the blue and yellow.

Just finished firing some spoons in CPI's new spoon mold. They are real cute, just need a small bowl mold to make some matching bowls for the spoons.

The siding was installed about two weeks ago, Eddie has done the wiring and Now I am slowly putting in the insulation. Sure going to be nice and even at this point it is so much better than a screened porch. Have decided it is going to be my Shop/Sun Room. Next comes getting rid of the STUFF I don't really need. That is going to take sometime. I look forward to the spring open house. I have had to set that off about three times so I must finish up the other stuff so we can do it. Am thinking of combining it with a Yard Artist Sale and invite some friends to offer their work
for sale.

The carpenter finished closing in the screened porch and it is wonderful. He will be back on Monday to do the siding and then insulation and perhaps beadboard to finish the inside. It is wonderful and already so much warmer. Really can enjoy firing the kilns now. YEAH@ Thanks AL. You did a great job.

The studio has been closed for a week. We are in the middle of renovations for the whole room. The vaulted ceiling was painted white and the fire place a silver grey. And today they laid the new Hickory floor. Just beautiflul. Sure smelly but I am so anxious to get it finished. Today was a difficult one as the rain brought a serious leak around the fire place and as would have it a serious leak ran down one of the ceiling beams and it looks awful. Also ran down inside the chimney and the roofer came out and put a tarp over the chimney until he can repair it. Do hope the beam will clen up OK and not have stains. Waiting fpor the floor to dry so we can walk on it. So far it is beautiful. Sure will make the studio a brighter and more inviting place. We will have an open house once I get the shelves painted and put everything back. Keep in touch for the celebration. Blessings JoAn

Had a good evening at the trunk show. Look forwrd to tomorrow. Saw some friends I hadn't seen in months, so good to see them again.

Getting ready for the Trunk Show, I finished designing three beautiful dichroic butterflies and three dragon flies, firing them today, anxious to see if they all come out as hoped. If so they will be at the show Friday and Saturday. Hope you will come and see us there.
