Beef Supreme BBQ

I was asked by a friend of mine to cook for his dad’s celebration of life. Smoked a 22lb brisket and made some smoked queso…didn’t last too long

Corned beef brisket going on, been brining it all week…and yes if you can’t tell I have all the help I can ask for 😆

Did my first bacon wrapped meatloaf! Usually just do a regular smoked loaf. This was pretty good but I think I like regular better.

Getting to be my favorite time of year soon! My favorite thing to do is the whole process of getting a brisket and corning it for a few days to make this with cabbage and red potatoes!!

Recent cook, pork butt and some pulled pork nachos!!

We have some openings next week if anyone is needing any amazing bbq catered!! I know there are some office Christmas parties coming up and this is the best gift you can give!!
