We currently have five modular building projects underway for our 7 Brew Coffee clients, and the progress has been exceptional.

This project showcases what end-to-end modular coordination can achieve when the right teams align. ModuAll is managing the complete scope, from design coordination and permitting through final build-out, while partnering with experienced specialists like Midwest Drywall for shell fabrication. Our clients benefit from streamlined communication, predictable timelines, and a single point of accountability throughout the entire process.

With nearly 23 years of experience in the commercial construction industry and a degree from Kansas State University’s Construction Science and Management Program, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to our dynamic team.

Beyond his professional achievements, Brian has been happily married to his wife, Cristy, for 23 years. Together, they cherish their time with their three daughters, aged 12, 16, and 19, as well as their two beloved dogs – Beasly, a 15-year-old cockapoo, and Millie, their lively 3-year-old mini goldendoodle.

Brian's enthusiasm is palpable as he joins our unique industry, where Moduall stands out as a pioneer in modular construction methods and approaches.

In his new role as Construction Manager, Brian will be at the forefront of customer interactions, guiding clients seamlessly from the planning phase to the successful completion of construction for their business. 🤝

We are thrilled to have Brian on board, and we look forward to the positive impact he will undoubtedly make in his new position.
