We’re in the middle of selections for an upcoming custom build, and this bathroom is exactly why we love the design side of what we do. 🤍 Sometimes a mood board comes together and you just know it’s going to be special.
The woven texture, warm wood tones, natural stone, and brass accents give it that timeless, high-end feel without being trendy. One of those spaces that feels calm, custom, and elevated the second you walk in.

Dirt work isn’t just “moving dirt.”
It’s setting the entire house up to succeed.
On a walkout pit lot like this, every inch matters—
✔️ Elevations have to be exact
✔️ Drainage has to be planned before concrete ever shows up
✔️ Water has to be told where to go (or it’ll decide for you later)
It might not seem like an important or necessary expense… but it’s one of the most crucial parts of the entire build process.
