How do we ensure precision at Hoidale? Through ongoing training -- and three of our dedicated Hoidale technicians -- Joey Eades, Keaton Lucas, and Jamie Arnel -- recently attended OPW Fuel Management Systems Training in Denver, Colorado.

During the sessions, our techs focused on mastering OPW's Fuel Management Systems, Petro Vend Fuel Controllers, and ProGuage Tank Monitors.

Women in our industry are few and far between, making up only a quarter of the U.S. energy and fuel sectors, but we'd like to see more!

What's the first step to make this happen? Attending the 2026 PEI Women Conference, where Hoidale's Michelle Donham, VP Human Resources, and Nickie Hall, Operations Administrative Manager, took some time to learn, network, and engage in meaningful conversations.

The conference featured:

- A keynote Address: The Relatable Leader: Communicate to Connect, Inspire, and Perform, presented by relationship expert Rachel DeAlto.

- Panels and Workshops: Discussions focused on communicating the vision of PEI Women and transitioning into the role of conversation drivers.

- Roundtable Sessions: Topics included succeeding on your own terms, connecting effectively, and turning strategy into long-term success.

WSU Tech HVAC Tech students recently learned all about Hoidale, the industries we serve, and the career opportunities available with our company.

Ryan Lucas, a Garden City Hoidale technician, shared that the students' new HVAC skills, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical work, are highly transferable to petroleum equipment service and industrial fueling systems.

He also discussed how Hoidale values personal and professional development, along with other guiding values such as teamwork, accountability, and continued growth throughout their career.

In this 80th-anniversary throwback pic, Hoidale's Rick Dixon shows off the latest small-fuel pumps from the 1980s. Rick helped lead Hoidale during this time, also adding product lines to complement the company's fuel equipment business, such as air compressors and lubrication equipment.

By the mid-1980s, Hoidale was flourishing, with new offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma.​

Join us to support the BVI community at the grand opening of the Into the Light Experience -- a mobile interactive trailer designed to shift perspectives and showcase the incredible capabilities of BVI individuals.
