Nearly four years ago, Cynthia became Coffee Daze’s very first hire.

Since then, she’s been a huge part of our story. Not because she was the loudest in the room, but because she showed up every day, worked hard, cared deeply about doing things well, and could always be counted on.

From recipes and standards to the little details that make this place run smoothly, so much of what Coffee Daze is today has her fingerprints on it. Her work ethic, dedication to the craft, and commitment to the team have left a lasting mark on this place.

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re excited for her as she steps into a new chapter and pursues work that is meaningful to her.

Thank you for taking a chance on us nearly four years ago and for helping build Coffee Daze into what it is today. We’re so grateful for the time we had with you and can’t wait to see what’s in store for you 🤍
