When we set out to design the brand for Wichita Startup Week, one thing we talked about was the need for the brand to feel "larger than life." We wanted something urban, something that felt like you wouldn't see it in Wichita. To accomplish this, we pulled a lot of inspiration from a west-coast design style, utilizing bright orange, green and pink colors with dynamic gradients and high contrast typography.

The industrial brand emotion for the Strategic Workshop Series utilized the already existing orange and grey color palette, but we added additional shades of orange to reduce the contrast in the design. This provides a softer and more approachable feel.
