A few late nights with Mr Flip from Flip O Matic Racing Transmission and we are done with our part Mr. Flip and his wife will finish the paint and flooring. Turned out looking good! Starting this project later this week. Customer had some water issues, basement company came in did the drain tile and support beams and we are going to finish framing the walls, drop ceiling removed, fix a beam that was set out of place, lower ceiling to install sheetrock, rock the walls frame a window well with ledge and finish everything. We will also build some nice custom boxes from rough cedar to cover the turnbuckle plates on the wall. Making them 100% functional yet covered with a nice box so you can't see the eye sore of the hardware itself. Can't wait to see this fixed and ready for customer to have full use of their basement again!

Forgot to post these from yesterday. Siding repair and replace a 60in single hung window. Only part that sucks is the sheen difference between the old siding and new stuff. Matt and I were able to know all this out in half a day. Just need to out the screens in when I get the material for them.

Little gate repair for a very good friend yesterday. Only have one more gate on her property that I haven't had to fix yet if I'd been thinking I should've went ahead and replaced the screws on that one with lag bolts. Unfortunately the people she had build the fence cut some corners looks good and the corners they decided to cut make it so the gates don't really stand up to wind.

Knocked out this shake siding repair yesterday. Have to get some ridge to finish the corner and top under the soffit.

Forgot to take before and after pictures but we just finished a 44sq roof in Newton with Duration Strom color Teak by Owen's Corning. Well poor home owner is stuck fixing a bunch of stuff the builder got careless on! We replaced a bunch of wood rot due to no house wrap, installed flashing over the windows and taped them and installed house wrap. Unfortunately for the home owner we will go back when he has the money saved up to reside the whole house to fix everything correct.
