Hello friends -

I want to share an update that this will be my last month in office to see clients for a period of time. Yes - I will be back!! Please know at this time I am not taking any new clients on as I will be out of the office and on maternity leave February 1st until around middle to end of July.

I will be accepting new clients upon my return and you are welcome to inquire and share your information during my time away if you are interested in working with me. You can do this via my website, email ([email protected]), or by calling my business line at 316-833-7924.

Please know I will not respond to new inquires until after I return to work from maternity leave (July). I know this can seem like a lengthy amount of time that I will be away and I absolutely appreciate your support and patience while I am adjusting to a new baby and routines!

Please know I value each and every one of you and I am looking forward to connecting later on this year.

If you have any questions or concerns please know you can reach out before January 29th and I will get back with you as promptly as I am able to.

Hello all! I am moving locations. After a delightful and beautiful time in the city of Newton it is time for me to move onward.
Please know I will continue serving the Newton area and all surrounding areas but from a new location.

Next week I will be residing at Office Park Plaza located in Wichita, KS in the college hill area.

Resourcing is a beautiful way to practice self-regulation and allow space for healing.

When I think about resources I think about both internal and external resources. What are examples of internal and external resources?

Internal resources are the internal parts of us that make us feel good. They are the parts of ourselves that we love and appreciate. For example: our ability to connect with others, our empathy, our creativity, our intuitiveness, our independence.

External resources are people, places, or things that allow us to feel good. For example: our loved ones, our pets, music, walks, sunrises/sunsets, a warm embrace, a good cup of coffee.

External and internal resources can also be imagined, spiritual, and/or mythical. You can play with your resources, and allow them to be whatever you want or need them to be!

Now close your eyes and notice what happens in your body when you imagine your resources. Bring your resources into the body and notice. Notice how your body responds to your internal and external resources.

This is a tool that can be used in any space at any time. I am hopeful it brings you peace and comfort.
