Hey all! Give the new name a like please! And give it a share! I’m booking for November!

Sometimes we don’t have happy kiddos, especially if we have special needs. Mama/daddy - it is okay. Sometimes the candid photos with your babies that aren’t about sitting and being still, are what we get. This little one did not want to be there today! And ya know what? That’s okay: we all have bad days. So do kids. But we just play around and make what works, work. This little one loved her Daddy.

Did she sit well for family photos? We got some with her looking at the camera, but really the candid ones are the ones that feel so genuine and what her personality is. She loves her Momma and she loves her a uncle Jace. But right now, she was all about Cody, her daddy. People always feel so scared having a special needs kiddo and pictures. But I love these. Can we get a photo by herself? Maybe not. Could we get another family photo? Maybe not. But when she was with Daddy she calmed down and felt secure.

This photo makes me so happy. And also makes me realize this is what I want to do. I missed this. Those connections are so important. And they just warm my heart.
