Today I ran into “The Elote Man” & I asked him “what made you start your own business” To what he said after an accident, he lost his job and had to find a way to survive. So even in the cold, he’s out there working.

And today is Cinco de Mayo.

Some people say, “Why eat tacos today? Mexicans don’t even celebrate it.”
But the truth is… we’re still out here. Working. Cooking. Serving.

Not for a holiday—but for a living, for our families, for a better future.

I know I’m not the only one. So many street vendors are out here every day, pushing through whatever comes their way.

And we feel it when you show up. When you support us. When you choose to spend your money with us.

In a country full of opportunity, that support means everything.

From the bottom of my heart—thank you for welcoming us, for supporting us, and for being part of our journey.

Grab before they sell out! Today I had their Jalapeño, cheddar, and potato pierogi w/ ranch sour cream sauce. It’s as good as it sounds.

Had to also restock on treats that my dogs are now addicted to. Got the cutest Shih Tzu sticker . An original which I will forever Stan. And fresh eggs, protein gainz bb.

What vendor are you making a mad dash to? I personally love going right at beginning. (Don’t let the clouds fool you, it’s not horrible out.)

BB, I can mess s**t up at the . I went this weekend, and found some great finds.

Some of the standouts:
🤘 : I honestly cannot say enough good things about their addictive samosas. Their chorizo one especially hit the spot.
🤘 : my 2nd time trying, and I got their monthly Earl Gray lavender one which was amazing.
🤘: Always a standout. Love their peanut butter one, but the coffee ganache one was to die for.

My heart is full ❤️ Say hi to Baxter 👋 He is the sweetest baby I recently adopted from the . He is a 9 y/o seasoned Shih Tzu / toy poodle mix. He is adjusting so well already and even enjoying playing with his brother.
