Congratulations Principal Lewis!

Congratulations to Synquis Lewis who has been named principal at Booker T. Washington Elementary. Mrs. Lewis has served as Booker T.'s assistant principal for the past four years. Prior to her administrative role, she was a teacher at Booker T. for three years. Best of luck to you in your new position!

Reminder: This Thursday, May 25 is the last day of school. It is also an Early Release Day for all students. Secondary students will release at 12 pm. Elementary students will release at 1 pm.

4th & 5th grade bilingual students ended their fun Friday with a movie night 📽️ and nachos with Ms. Ornelas for giving 💯% on math STAAR test 😀

To commemorate the closing of Lamar Elementary, there will be a Flag Lowering Ceremony on Thursday, May 25 at 8:15 am. It will take place in front of the school (2206 Lucas). The community is invited to attend this momentous occasion as we remember and celebrate Lamar Elementary.
