Falls In Love Elopements

Hello, I’m Jay. A native and current resident of Wichita Falls, Texas, by way of Central Texas and Western North Carolina. I love origin stories, working with people, and getting to do a small piece of both of those things right here, every time I have an opportunity to help folks elope. I’m super grateful for the chance to marry y’all, and just wanted to take a quick peek from behind the curtain to say thank you.

We’ve got a ceremony this morning at one of our favorite spots: the Kemp Center for the Arts! We love this space for one word: OPTIONS. Whether it be in the sculpture garden or under the historic dome, a day at the Kemp just feels right when you’re with the one you love!

Had a beautiful Tuesday evening last week in a new ceremony spot we are in love with, thanks to our happy couple! We always welcome suggestions for your day and we always have a blast discovering new ways to fall in love with this city. Have a lovely week!

Starting your week with a little L I F T, as the spring appears to be settling in to visit for a while. It’s a pretty good time to get married, folks. The weather is slipping into the ‘perfect for outdoor DIYs’ category every day, and we’ll be here every step of the way. Make today your day!

We LOVE when couples help us discover a new (to us) location for their elopements! Phew. Y’all. It has BEEN a week into the new year, that’s for sure. Cannot believe, as we enter a brand new year of opportunity, we are also entering our FIFTH year as your DIY elopement sidekick! We’ve been honored to serve so many lovely North Texas natives, as well as a whole lot of the fine service people at Sheppard. Here’s to many (and hopefully at least one) more!

We also need to show so much love and gratitude for the photographers, bakery and florist that have been some of our day ones and are the real reason that so many days have been so special. We really think you should follow them as well.
