Position: Installation Technician

📍 Location: Wichita Falls, TX
💰 Pay: Hourly + Commission on Parts Installed (Based on Experience)
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM | Every third Saturday

What You’ll Do:
• Install aftermarket parts, including suspension systems, wheels, tires, lift kits, superchargers, axle swaps, hydro assist steering kits, and transfer cases
• Perform alignments and ensure proper fitment of installed components
• Troubleshoot mechanical and performance issues
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure high-quality service
• Follow safety protocols and maintain professional workmanship

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in automotive customization, off-road modifications, or performance upgrades
✅ Strong mechanical skills and ability to work with a variety of tools
✅ Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
✅ Ability to lift heavy parts and work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
✅ Welding and fabrication skills are a plus but not required
