What does a UWW student think about our new 5K Teams Event? We asked a previous DWS participant, and here's what she had to say! Check out her thoughts on this exciting new addition to the Discover Whitewater Series.

We’re excited to reveal the NEW medal designs for the 14th Annual Discover Whitewater Series! 🥇🏅

Participants in the 5K and Half Marathon will receive custom designed medals, and Half Marathon participants will receive unique ribbons to mark their accomplishment! Fit Kid Shuffle medals will have color-coded ribbons based on age group!

Whether you’re running your first race or coming back for another year, we can’t wait to celebrate every finisher at the finish line! 🏁

Race day just got easier for parents and caregivers! 😅🏁

Register now for the Kids Korral! Free childcare for children ages 1-10 during race day activities. The Kids Korral provides a fun, safe, and supervised environment for kids while adults hit the course!

Kids will enjoy games, crafts, activities, and supervision through noon! Parents and caregivers are welcome to pick up their children whenever they finish their race and then join the post-race celebration together! 🎉
