One of our yoga teachers, Corinne, walks us through a series of spinal mobility movements.

Your spine is designed to move, through extension, flexion, rotation, and side bending. When it doesn’t, that’s when stiffness, tension, and discomfort start to show up.

This sequence focuses on building spinal mobility through breath-led movement. Helping you sit taller, move easier, and feel better in your body. From gentle lengthening to twists, side bends, and flexion/extension, each movement supports a more balanced, mobile spine.

Take your time with each breath and let your body open up naturally.

One of our yoga teachers, Corinne, walks us through a series of shoulder mobility movements.

Your shoulders are designed to move in every direction. Lifting, reaching, opening, and rotating. When they don’t, that’s when stiffness, tension, and limited range of motion start to show up.

This sequence focuses on building shoulder mobility through intentional, breath-led movement, guiding you through patterns that support reaching overhead, opening through the chest, stabilizing the shoulder blades, and moving through full, controlled circles. Each movement works to improve strength, control, and overall joint health.

Take your time with each breath and let your shoulders move the way they’re meant to.
