Over the last week, many highly sensitive people, empaths, intuitives, and sensory beings have felt emotionally overwhelmed, exhausted, disoriented, disconnected from themselves, or unable to access their usual sense of internal coherence.
I do not believe this is simply emotional overwhelm.

I believe many people are experiencing the destabilization of an identity structure built around survival, adaptation, hypervigilance, caretaking, and reading external energy. The old coherence is dissolving before the new coherence has fully formed.
