This past week, they were prepping to open a new food truck when it exploded, severely injuring Matt and his food truck partner, Jordan. Both suffered significant 2nd and 3rd degree burns and are now in the ICU. Matt and Jordan face a very long road to recovery.

Matt is one of the kindest and most hard working people and we know this won’t stop his dreams from coming true, but we also know Matt, Ben and Jordan need all the help and support they can get right now.
