Breadsmith specializes in handcrafted, European-style artisan breads made in the tradition of old world master bakers. Our breads and sweets are baked fresh from scratch, using only the highest quality ingredients, without additives or preservatives. We not only make each loaf by hand, we use a five-ton, European hearth stone oven for all our baking. Founded in 1993, more than 30 neighborhood Breadsmith bakeries can be found in 16 states.

Traditional Rye Bread.
Its origins can be traced to the mountainous regions of Scandinavia. Hearty rye meal and fragrant Dutch caraway seeds provide its distinctive flavor.
