CrossFit Kids update: So I, Coach Phil, was in the store today and I saw this little girl (no more then 8 years old) who was roughly 30-40 lbs. over weight and I thought to myself PHCF needs to be doing more for the kids. That being said CF Perry Hall CrossFit KIDS will be free for the next month. We will continue to WOD at 9am and its open to all kids ages 5-12. The goal is that by June we will also be hosting a CF Kids WOD on Wednesday's at 5pm too. In the meantime the kids will be getting exercise and nutritional homework each week. Let's get them engaged and let's get them healthy.

This Saturday at 8:45am is the PHCF Kids Easter WOD, featuring an Easter Egg Hunt PHCF Style.
