If I’m being honest, coaching is something I never thought I’d have the courage to do but HOLY HOT DAMN I’ve never felt so in alignment then when I’m holding space for someone’s journey. Coaching brings freedom and space into the session to make the changes you’re actually wanting to make. I loveeee massage so so much, I just know it only touches on one side of the story… chat for a couple minutes, full body massage, out the door back again for the same issue 2-4 weeks later. So much of our life experience is stored in our body and bringing awareness to that shifts everything. 🤍
