Shout out to El Zocalo Mexican Restaurant in Wheeling! We had a hiccup with the lunch delivery service app today. Not only did they try to communicate with our driver, but recommended a different service and remade our order so that our office could enjoy a fresh lunch!
I wish I had gotten the fella’s name that helped me. He called me TWICE to give me an update on our order.

We have the best policy holders! Amanda and Nicole stoped by the office today to see Marcus and even brought him a new toy! Thanks ladies! 🐶🐾

Due to severe weather, our systems are still not fully functional and we are still unable to access individual data for policy holders. Our phones have been restored and we are in the office to take calls with limited functionality. Thank you for your patients as we continue to work through this incredibly frustrating situation.
