Made another mold today.

2024 was a great year for the business. I moved into a new location. Got some new machines. Also some new customers. With the purchase of new machines came a Hurco VMC VM1 Cnc. I have never ran a cnc machine before, but have been pushing myself to learn it. Ive started making parts and found that this machine is incredible what it can do.

These are parts made for the Wellsburg Bridge. 192 holes drilled. 96 holes tapped.

Cast Iron trip collars with broached keyway.

D2 tool steel pins machined and sent out for heat treat.

First set of mill rollers going out of the shop. Hopefully more to come.

Welded down some square stock and expanded metal to help track equipment grip on this roll back.
