We are breeders of gray alpacas. We love our "babies" and the wonderful fleece they produce. Most Our alpacas residents of nearby breeder's farms.
While we do not have a farm, as yet, we are breeders of grey alpacas. We also hope to have a webpage up soon. Alpacas are similar to Llamas and both come from South America. Alpaca fleece is highly prized as a premium fiber for knitters and clothing manufacturers as it is a hollow fiber (great insulator without a lot of weight), very, very soft and most people are not allergic to it. ALPACA RUG TIP !!! Love your alpaca rugs but hate the pilling?? You really need to get one of these. I just discovered the absolute best tool to get that pilling off and make your rugs look fantastic!! It is known as a lint remover and carpet scraper that you can get from Walmart for about seven bucks or is it also called Kilkerland Mr. Lint reusable fuzz remover. Just be careful when you use it. Not to catch the corners of the wire on the weaving yarns by tilting the defuzzer as you use it and then it will come off beautifully and make your rugs look fabulous!!!
