Big news from our Adapted Hockey program!

This summer, the first ever Para Hockey World Cup for athletes with intellectual disabilities will take place and the United States is sending a team.

We are incredibly proud to share that Beyond Sticks Program Director Heidi will serve as Co-Head Coach for Team USA. 🇺🇸

Heidi’s leadership, care for athletes, and commitment to inclusive sport have shaped our Adapted Hockey program from the beginning. Seeing her bring that passion to the international stage is something our whole community is celebrating.🤩

We can’t wait to cheer on Team USA this summer. And we’re BEYOND proud of you, Heidi.💪

Program Details
📍 Alexandria, VA
📅 Sundays | March 22 – May 3
⏰ 2:30–3:30 PM

✔ Small groups with a low coach-to-player ratio
✔ Designed for elementary, middle, and high school athletes with developmental delays,
✔ Creating a supportive environment where athletes can learn field hockey, build confidence, exercise and have fun.
