While playing Santa today- I drove by Charleston on the Park- one of our projects that was completed this year. Great view with the Naperville Carillon in the background!

Site visit update on our Lake Forest renovation. This is a brick colonial home that has had quite a few unsympathetic additions over the years. We are giving this home a complete facelift with a French aesthetic. The mansard roof is complete- today we were setting the copper dormers at the front. The other part of this project is rebuilding the break wall at the shore. A portion of the property had collapsed into Lake Michigan a few years back- we are ensuring that does not happen again! #brava #lakeforest #residentialarchitecture #architecture_hunter

Our Lake Bluff remodel has been named a finalist in this years This project consisted of a complete renovation of a home in Lake Bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. Part of the project was this new pool house which serves as an outdoor entertainment area. We incorporated to open the space to the south towards the pool and another wall overlooking the Lake to create this spectacular space!
