The 69 Camaro that was started 15yrs ago has left the PBR stables. Thank you to Kirk the owner who contacted us over a year 1/2 ago, not only thanks for your paitence, thank you for allowing us to get this one bad to the bone 1st Gen Camaro on the road for you. No stone unturned on this one, Kirk originally started alot of the upgrades on his own & LIFE happened, after 2 other shops had there paws on it, we were the ones who made it happen. It sporting a Ls1 with hot heads & spicy cam that was set up by Brian Tooley back before BTR got as known as they are now, backed by a tremec 6 speed linked to a built 12 bolt, the cars suspended on a mixture of Detroit Speed & Hotchkis suspension, stopping power by Baer 14" 6piston brakes, big 335s wrapped on Boze wheels in the back for not only attitude but traction as well, CVF black front runner, Vintage Air, Retro Sound with Sound pounding through All Rockford Fosgate speakers & sub. Many thanks to my Crew for the ups & downs of this project 🙌 A special thanks to Shane & JR &S for the tuning and LS communication diagnoses. Another special thanks to Chris for massaging a couple of small dings out on such a short notice. Thanks to Autoglass Solutions for there profesolism on the front & back glass. Thank you Kirk for trusting our small but shop to finally get this bitchin muscle on the road.

We mated the c1 vette to its new chassis this week! Looking forward to getting this put together and on the road for Steve. Stay tuned as we will be and Poor Boy Rods touch through out the whole car

I guess the time has come to realization of a new shop! Thanks to Craig Lean & Jason for allowing us to be here for 9yrs & out grow this facility. Its official folks we are moving January 2nd 2027 into a 10k sf building to accommodate the needs of our Hotrod customers 😀
Still looking for top shelf Hotrod technicians as well sublease folk. As we have a bitchin Quanzite hut 2800sf for lease on the property. God is good and thank you for supporting our small but mighty shop all these years

Thank you Kim Mosley for letting us get your Sweet 47 back on the road. Last fall she came to us with backfiring issues after doing a compression check and scoping cylinders we determined it was time for a new heart! We found a 460 with all the machine work done thanks Butch & Mark for the lead, we than hired Jesse Edwards to do the assembly work along with putting a hot roller cam in as well, also had the transmission updated with a Branting HI stall that led to a much needed brake kit on the front as the ol disc kit was pretty sad. After some wiring clean up we brought it back to life! After some failed Comp lifters we installed Morel lifters what a difference! This truck is a hoot to drive once again

Ana's 79 Camaro went home last night under its own power! After sitting a couple years, we brought it back to the post Covid life it had lived

Shop stuff! Bad head gaskets on a 871 blown sbc, not sure why i wanted the front clip completely pulled??

Week in review, it was a hot one for sure.
Steves 39 bad to the bone caddilac finally all back together, injectors & fuel delivery issues

Nicole's 56 Bird, got resurrected from sitting for 13yrs! Delivery day on friday to only come back on a wrecker with major V***r Lock issues, we will be putting a electric assist fuel pump in it

Dougs 63 Impala was in with over heating issues and found the T-Stat stuck fuly open

Peter's very nice 68 Camaro came to us with tuning issues & V***r lock issues both resolved, but has a gremlin in the distributor as it shuts off when it wants to. We will be upgrading the distributor and firing components soon

Kirks 69 Camaro that we have had since January is finally running under its own power, thanks to Shane & JR & S Perfomance for helping us get it this point! Soon to be going home after Kirks 15yr build

Kims Sweet 47 rat will be going home this, after having the 460 Assembled with a comp roller cam set up, we had the notorious comp lifter issues, after installing a set of Morell lifters and a Quick Fuel carb we finally have a happy hotrod

We also celebrated Geralds life last Saturday, I am very thankful to have been a small part in making his dream come true with his Impala before he left this world, God speed ny brother till we meet again ❤️
