Update on the White House Petition from the AAAOM:

The American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM) thanks all who took the time to sign the White House petition encouraging the inclusion of acupuncturists as healthcare providers. Each of you exercised your right to petition our government, which is guaranteed by the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

AAAOM sends their appreciation to all of you for taking the time to weigh in on this important issue. Because of your “call to action,” we reached the threshold of 25,000 signatures and now await word from the White House. When the White House responds, everyone who has signed the petition will get an email from the White House letting you know the petition was reviewed along with the next steps.
