Your baby isn’t the only one who can benefit from infant massage. 🤍
When you slow down, put your hands on your baby, and spend those few minutes connecting through nurturing touch, something is happening for BOTH of you.
Infant massage can support the release of oxytocin—often called the “love” or “bonding” hormone—in both babies and parents.
And I think that’s one of the most beautiful things about it.
You’re not just giving your baby a massage. You’re creating a moment of connection together.
No perfect routine required.
No perfectly calm baby required.
Sometimes you might only massage two little feet before your baby decides they’re done. 😂
It all counts. 🤍
This is one of the things we explore in my Infant Massage Series—how to use nurturing touch while also learning to follow and respond to your baby’s cues.
My next 3-week series begins October 6 in Wheat Ridge.
Registration is open through the link in my bio.

Infant massage is about so much more than learning where to put your hands. 🤍
With every stroke, you're also learning your baby.
You're noticing when they soften and relax.
When they lean into your touch.
When they turn away.
When they've had enough.
Long before babies have words, they're communicating with us—and infant massage gives us an opportunity to slow down enough to listen.
Some days you might massage their whole body.
Some days you might only get through one little leg. 😂
Both count.
Because the goal isn't a perfect massage.
It's connection.
It's responsiveness.
It's letting your baby know:
I'm here. I'm listening. 🤍
My next Infant Massage Series begins October 6 in Wheat Ridge. I teach you the massage, and you massage your baby.
Registration is open through the link in my bio. 🤍

Yes, I can massage your feet!!
I hear so many questions from pregnant clients before their first prenatal massage:
Can I lie on my belly?
Is it going to hurt?
Can you massage my feet?
Do I have to wait until my second trimester?
And I LOVE when you ask.
You shouldn't have to spend your massage wondering if something is safe, if you're positioned correctly, or if you can ask for more pressure.
Prenatal massage should be adapted to you, your pregnancy, and what feels good in your body that day.
And after more than 20 years specializing in prenatal massage, I promise—I've probably heard your question before.
What have YOU always wondered about prenatal massage?
Ask me in the comments. Your question might become my next post. 👇🤍

PT after knee surgery. Therapy after a hip replacement.
Why does the birth of your child get skipped?
A C-section is still major abdominal surgery. Your body deserves the same follow-up care.

Infant massage isn't something we just created. ❤️
For generations, parents and caregivers around the world have used loving touch as a way to comfort, connect with and care for their babies.
Before all the baby gadgets, apps and endless advice… there was touch.
And maybe that's part of what I love so much about teaching infant massage.
It's simple.
It's something you can do almost anywhere.
And once you learn it, it's a skill you can continue using as your child grows. 💜
My next Infant Massage Series begins on October 6 at 10am.
3 baby-led classes where you'll learn massage techniques, how to follow your baby's cues, and ways to make massage part of your own family's routine.
And there is time to connect with other mamas about postpartum life.
Message me if you have any questions. And you can reserve your spot in the link in my bio. 👶

Everyone wants to hold the baby. ❤️
And of course they do.
But while everyone is checking on the baby, bringing gifts for the baby, asking how the baby is sleeping…
Who's checking on mom?
Who is making sure she's eaten?
Who is letting her rest?
Who is asking how SHE is really doing?
Who is taking care of the body that just grew and birthed a whole human?
New mothers need extra support.
Bring her a meal. Fold the laundry. Fill her water bottle. Listen to her birth story. Hold the baby while she showers. Let her sleep.
And remind her that taking care of herself isn't something she has to earn.
Postpartum care shouldn't be a luxury.
We need to hold the mother, too. ❤️

Hey mama's with newborns...
Does your baby have that fussy time of day when NOTHING seems to work?
Do you wish they slept a little better?
Are you dealing with gas or tummy troubles and wish you had something you could do to help? 🤍
Infant massage can be such a wonderful tool to have as a new parent.
It can support relaxation, digestion and sleep—and it's also just a beautiful way to slow down and connect with your baby through touch.
I teach a 3-week Infant Massage Series in Wheat Ridge, and my next one starts October 6 at 10am.
The best part is that I don't massage your baby—I teach YOU how to massage your baby, so you leave with skills you can continue using at home and as your baby grows.
The entire class is baby-led. Babies cry. They eat. They need diaper changes.
I have a few spaces left in the October series. If you're curious or want the details, comment below or send me a message. 🤍

There is no perfect way to massage your baby. ❤️
Some days they may love it. Some days they may only want a few minutes. And some days they may not be interested at all.
That's okay.
Infant massage is about connection, not perfection.
Learning to follow your baby's cues and communicate through loving touch is a skill you can carry with you as they grow. 🥰

Just checking in on you, mama 👀
You've been telling yourself you'll book that postpartum massage. You deserve it. You need it. And yet… 👀
So I'm asking. Did you book it?
If not — this is your sign. 🤍
Postpartum massage helps your body recover, your nervous system reset, and gives you one hour that is completely, unapologetically yours.

If you've ever been woken up by a pregnancy calf cramp… you know.
Leg cramps are common during pregnancy, and while there isn't always one clear reason why they happen, your legs are doing a LOT of extra work as your body changes.
A few simple things may help:
🤍 Keep moving throughout the day
🤍 Move your ankles if you've been sitting for a while
🤍 Gently stretch your calves—especially before bed
🤍 Give those tired muscles a little extra attention
And yes… calf massage during a prenatal massage can feel AMAZING.
Your calves are carrying you through pregnancy, too. Don't forget to take care of them.
Save this one for later—or send it to a pregnant mama who's been dealing with those middle-of-the-night calf cramps.
