Athlete Spotlight: Josh Swaney / Armbrust Pro Gym

Josh Swaney has been a member of Armbrust Pro Gym for about six years—quiet, focused, and always getting the job done. He’s just a few days away from competing at the NPC Colorado Cup in the Classic Physique division.

Josh previously competed in physique, and this time he’s switching it up to classic. He trains extremely hard and stays dialed in, and the conditioning he’s bringing right now looks incredible.

Everyone at Armbrust Pro Gym is wishing Josh the very best this coming weekend—his first time as a classic physique competitor—and we know he’s going to do an amazing job. 💪🔥

This weekend we’ll celebrate next-level talent as we honor
Masters Mr. Olympia champion Dorian Haywood DC along with three-time qualifying Olympia champion Dallas Botchway 🇬🇭 . Could Dallas Botchway 🇬🇭 be Colorado’s next Olympia champion? 👀

And we’re not forgetting the women!
