Stylist spotlight: Hind Haidar (she/her/hers).

Hind began her hairdressing career in the late 1990s, working in Hollywood and later New York City in celebrity salons and editorial hairstyling. Her specialties include precision haircutting, razor cutting, lived-in color, gray blending, custom hair extensions, and hair replacement systems.

When she opened The Cutting Room, she wanted to build something different, a space grounded in sustainability, lower-tox salon practices, stylist well-being, and a truly customized, affirming client experience.

When she’s not at the salon, you’ll find her with her two sons and her dog, flipping through record bins, browsing antique stores, or heading to a live show.
